Questions about billing
What happens to my receipts if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account returns to Free, everything stays readable and searchable, and you keep 30 days of full export access to take the lot with you. New receipts pause at the Free limit of 50 a month.
Can I switch between Plus and Household?
Yes, at any time. Moving up charges the difference for the days left in the month; moving down takes effect on your next renewal date, and the extra people lose the shared shelf then.
Do you refund?
Within 14 days of a charge, write to hello@slip.app and we refund in full, no questions. After that we refund unused whole months if you ask.
Is there a student price?
Plus is EUR 3 a month with a valid student email or an enrolment letter, renewable each academic year. Send proof to hello@slip.app and we apply it to your existing account.
How do I cancel?
Settings, then Plan, then Cancel — three taps, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Play Store are cancelled in that store instead.
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT, which is added at your country’s rate at checkout. Annual billing takes two months off.
